Rochester Creative Consulting is a BIPOC-owned business and proudly embraces the many cultures and perspectives that encompass the BIPOC community. It is important to know who you are and embrace that identity. Showing up as your full self is a part of building confidence you need to succeed. This is a BIPOC-owned business that serves all, but that does not mean we will subdue or dilute the characteristics that make us unique while doing so.

Passion for the arts is at the center of this work. More importantly, passion for seeing fellow artists succeed in doing something they love is what motivates me to provide a service in which I can encourage peers, mentor emerging talent, and connect fellow creatives to people and opportunities that will help them level-up in their art careers.

Accountability and Integrity  are vital for success. Owning all aspects of our journey is what makes our stories authentic. Keeping our word with one another and, more importantly with ourselves is a key for success.
